In this highly interactive class you will learn all sorts of techniques to find comfort during birth while also learning the normal phases and stages of labor and some key tips on how to prepare your home and older siblings. Ideal for those that have had a baby before or as an add-on supplement to a full education if you’re having your first baby.

Whether you are wholeheartedly committed to Vaginal Birth After Cesarean or you're still on the fence this class has been hand crafted to gently guide you through evidenced based information to help you have an empowered birth.
