Perfect for a full lactation education including tips and tricks in the early days as well as what to expect as you nurse your baby in the first year of life. Also adding on the bonus hour of newborn basic care and comfort techniques.

In our Lactation + Newborn Care class you will learn:

• Lactation in the golden our and what to expect.

• Lactation expectations and realities in the first week

• Breastmilk safe storage and handling

• When/how to incorporate bottling and pumping

• Common pitfalls and strategies to have your most successful nursing journey

• Basic newborn care strategies

• Soothing tools and tricks

• Diapering, swaddling, and newborn care
