Mobey

Mobey's approach to bodywork is primarily focused on myofascial and neuromuscular work, which means that she works with the soft tissues in the body to reduce tension by stimulating both muscle and fascial connective tissue to increase their glide; hydrates restrictions in the myofascial system while resetting holding patterns and refining proprioception in the neuromuscular system; and increases fluid circulation within the body.

Contact Mobey for any questions or assistance in setting your appointment.

MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE MONDAYS 3 - 9pm and Wednesdays 10 - 2pm. Please find the time that works best for you below. If you’re not finding what you’re looking for please contact us.
